What is Pelvic Harmony? Why is pelvic care so important? 


My intention for this blog is to answer these questions. So many clients,  perhaps all of them, wonder why they were never taught about their sacred female anatomy through the lens of care and connection. In fact, most of us were taught just the opposite- to ignore it, that it is dirty, painful and that your pleasure is not your own. The message has been- it’s off limits. The truth can’t fully be ignored or silenced. Your body speaks to your no matter what. 


The disregard and stagnant emotions turn into stagnant blood flow (clotty menstrual blood), pain (cramps, painful sex), as well as fibroids, cysts and the myriad of symptoms and conditions that manifest. 


These symptoms are messengers trying to get your attention. So here we are, likely because you started to listen or at least so tired of the symptoms you are expanding your search for help. Thank you for listening. I am so glad you are here now. The approach of ignore it and it will go away has proved itself ineffective again and again. Tadah….
