Pelvic Harmony offers a new paradigm where you know how to care for your female anatomy and connect to the vitality and pleasure within you.
With this holistic approach to pelvic health and womb care, over six weeks you will feel more at home in your body, with less pelvic tension or pain and a deeper sense of ease and connection. With this, symptoms resolve, trust in your body may be restored, and harmony develops through your whole body and whole life.
Your pelvis is a gateway from which you connect to your whole body and whole being.
Pelvic Harmony classes invite you into a deeper relationship with your pelvis and wombspace, your center of vitality, inner knowing, and feminine radiance. Through movement, somatic exploration, hands-on techniques, ritual and meditation, we explore the jaw to pelvis relationship, learn to listen to your body and connect with awareness, breath, touch, and pleasure!
Each class blends education, embodied practice, and guided experience to support tangible, lasting change in your pelvic health and how you experience and relate to your body.
Caring for the pelvis through the pillars of Pelvic Harmony supports release of stored tension & trauma (somatic residue) leading to increased circulation and strength, hormonal balance and a renewed sense of aliveness. This course is designed to support the transformation necessary to live your life free from the past, comfortable in your body and guided by your inner medicine.
Part learning, part tending, and part reclamation, this immersive experience offers both knowledge and experience necessary to reduce symptoms such as pain, leakage, and low libido and restore harmony in your center and connect you to your inner medicine. You’ll leave with practices and techniques you can continue to use daily to sustain pelvic wellness, which leads to being able to trust and follow your body’s signals and feel more present during intimacy.
Through the pillars of the Pelvic Harmony Method, you gather a medicine bag filled with movement practices, self-inquiry, ritual, and hands-on techniques for pelvic health and healing. This empowers you with the vitality, confidence, and self-awareness to live pain-free and pleasure-full.

Pelvic Harmony will support you in resolving pelvic symptoms and connecting you to your womb/wombspace, so that you feel safe. at ease and alive throughout your body. Living in Pelvic Harmony Living in pelvic harmony means remembering how to honor and trust yourself and your body.
SIX WEEKS BEGINNING June 9, 2026
WEEK ONE:Opening Circle & Foundations/ Movement Lounge
As we meet each other and open the circle, we will give voice to our intentions and desires for healing and learning. This will create our sacred space and our foundation. There will be an introduction to the Pillars of Pelvic Harmony, using awareness, breath, touch and somatic inquiry to deepen your connection to your body, untangle patterns, listen inward, and build embodied awareness.
WEEK TWO: Explore the core connections from your jaw to your pelvis
Tight hips, jaw tension, low back pain? You will love this class. It’s all connected.
Learn how to release and realign your body from the inside out.
Jaw to Pelvis, Tongue to Tail, Root to Crown, we will explore through hands-on techniques, core awareness and movement. The jaw and pelvis are intimately connected — tension in one reflects in the other. This class opens the central channel, dissolving tension patterns and empowering you with techniques. There will be ah-ha moments as you discover and care for your body, jaw to pelvis, melting somatic residue in simple effective ways!
WEEK THREE: Pelvic Self Care: Get to Know Your Internal Pelvic Landscape/ Movement Lounge
When was the last time you paused and listened to your pelvis — not as a problem to fix, but as a place to tend? When you tend to your pelvis, your tend to your whole body and being
This week is about honoring the sacred landscape within you. Through guided self-care and internal exploration, we reconnect with all the layers of anatomy and the vital energy of your womb/wombspace- the seat of power, pleasure, and deep knowing. This is hands-on practice to finally get to know and understand your female body and awaken the healing power within you. A wand is encouraged- recommendations sent upon registration.
If you do not want to explore internally, Jade will offer alternatives to tending and connecting to your pelvic bowl and womb/wombspace.
Your attention is your medicine.
WEEK FOUR: Essential Conversations: Womb stories, Ovaries & Vitality
Your womb holds stories and wisdom. Your ovaries are gateways to fertile living and lifelong vitality. We will go beyond ovulation, conception and menstruation in how your womb and ovaries fuel and nurture your vitality, preconception through menopause. Through teaching, guided meditation and storytelling, this week will be a sanctuary for your fertility and the transformation that comes when you get to know your womb and ovaries more intimately- functionally and energetically.
WEEK FIVE:Empowered for Pleasure/ Movement Lounge
Pleasure is innate. It is an a experience, a guide and a liberator. We will widen our access to pleasure by learning more about our female anatomy, somatic exploration and deconstructing paradigms. By now you know and are connected to your body more than ever. Your vitality is rekindled and energy is flowing. We will discuss intimate pleasure, unlocking your orgasm and 5 keys to increase your libido. We will reclaim our pleasure for ourselves.
WEEK SIX: Herbal and Floral Allies (And a closing ritual)
This class will introduce you to herbal medicine and flower essences for Pelvic Harmony and women’s wellness. Jade will fill your medicine bag with herbs, various uses and preparations, incorporating herbs and flower essences into your daily well-being, and for pelvic steaming. Jade will offer the group a remote flower essence healing.
Class dates: Tuesdays 6:30-8:30 PM, EST
Movement Lounge: Wednesdays, Weeks 1,3,5, 7:00-8:15 PM, EST
Each class will be recorded and uploaded to the Course Portal.
The Course Portal will contain all recordings, audio- guided practices, documents and resources.

Movement lounge is a space for conscious somatic movement and exploration- yoga-inspired, dance-inspired for whole body care & awakening, centered in your pelvis and core awareness.
Movement Lounge cultivates sensory and body awareness, curiosity, and a relationship with movement, flow, and rhythm. We explore patterns, postures and pleasure. We move for optimal function and fascial unwinding, deepening connection and restoring vitality. Breath expands, holding softens, and strength emerges as embodiment. Movement Lounge is an empowering space grounded in the pillars of the Pelvic Harmony™ Method and attunement to your inner medicine.
Jade weaves together diverse movement practices with her passion and lifelong study of technical and improvisational dance, creating an experience that deepens awareness, liberates old tense patterns and encourages radical self expression. Movement Lounge is the synthesis of over 26 years teaching yoga and other forms of conscious movement, such as, JourneyDance™, Restore Your Core®, Pelvic Floor Yoga, Psoas Savvy Core Awareness (Liz Koch), Regenerative Alchemy Somatic Coaching and Jade’s personal movement explorations.
