Journey with Jade
Common Frequently Asked Questions
-
In each session we tend to what is present and the intentions you have for your health and healing. We may draw on various modalities and practices. It may vary session to session and if we are in-person or remote. Generally, we use a unique blend of conversation, somatic exploration, bodywork, energy medicine and flower essence therapy. Depending on your needs, we may work with movement, breath, touch, and pelvic care education.
Of course, if we are specifically working together using somatic coaching or women’s wellness coaching, the sessions will center around what we have decided to tend to together.
-
Not at all. Some women come for support with pelvic symptoms (pain, leakage, prolapse, low libido), perimenopause changes, or stress. Others want deeper connection to their womb/ pelvis, cycles, and feminine vitality.
-
No. This work is educational, experiential, and supportive. It does not replace medical or mental health care. I can complement and collaborate with your healthcare providers if needed.
-
Not necessarily. Touch is always optional. Many sessions are entirely verbal and movement/awareness-based. If touch is included, it is always with consent and clear boundaries.
-
Absolutely. Somatic and pelvic practices, along with herbal medicine, flower essences, nutrition and lifestyle guidance support hormone balance, nervous system regulation, stress resilience, and embodiment—all of which are vital during perimenopause (and all phases). Many women find relief from brain fog, hot flashes, pelvic symptoms, and emotional overwhelm.
-
After we connect, I think you will know. How do you know when anything feels right? Trust yourself. I trust your inner knowing.
-
We will discuss this when we have a Connection Call (add link). Typically, working together for several sessions creates a good container for your vibrant health and wellness.
-
Both. Online sessions are powerful and accessible. In-person sessions may include more hands-on care.
-
Wear comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in. Bring a journal if you like to capture insights.
-
I support women preconception through menopause. I also work with and non-binary people with vaginas who want to connect to their body and womb/wombspace.
-
That’s completely natural. Many women have never had a safe, supportive space to talk about or explore their pelvis and cycles. We go step by step, always honoring your pace. I see the nervousness as a stirring inside you, as you open to deeper layers of your living healing journey.

YES. This training will support someone just opening to new ways of healing and those who have been walking a conscious healing path for awhile. Myself, the content, as well as, the experiences will meet you where you are and for what you need.
Of course, if we are specifically working together using somatic coaching or women’s wellness coaching, the sessions will center around what we have decided to tend to together.
-
Yes. If there are techniques that need to be modified or avoided in pregnancy, I will guide you in that way. That said, there may be a few adjustments but not much that is contraindicated. I think you will find the course and various teachings beneficial and supportive.
-
I can not claim to heal anything. I do wholeheartedly know and see these techniques, practices and teachings to support healing pelvic pain and painful sex.
-
Absolutely. No previous experience or regular exercise routine necessary. And it's always about you listening and following your body, so you are in charge.
-
Yes there is! Patterns are fixable and changeable. Our bodies are always up for moving and changing. Usually we need to take the time to tune in and learn the techniques and practices to make this possible.
-
All the classes will be recorded. Class 2 and 3 will not be available for download or beyond the 12 weeks of the course per guidelines with the Arvigo® Institute and honoring sacred traditions. You will have access to all of the other recordings forever. The audio and video recordings, as well as all the notes and resources are also yours forever!
-
Yes. Your body needs this work for all the same reasons as others who have a physical womb inside. The energetics of the organs are present. This journey will be so healing for you on many levels.
-
I hope so! This course supports you in deep levels and layers of transformation. We do a lot to come home, grounded and embodied, as well as, move with, explore and express the emotional, energetic and spiritual parts of ourselves. This course is all about getting to know and understand the physical, emotional and energetic patterns that keep us having certain symptoms and/or keep us repeating the same types of patterns in relationships with ourselves and others.
-
It is for women with vaginas. It is for those that can relate to their wombs as a place of power and pleasure (even if right now it is holding a lot of pain). The teachings of the Feminine are not only for females. They are about bringing forth feminine ways toward balance, restoration and peace. However you gender identify, all people with pelvises can benefit from the teachings in this course, and we are calling forth those with a female pelvis to join this circle. I will not be using gender neutral language in this course.
