Perimenopause can rattle our foundation, the very earth we stand on. What once felt steady begins to shift. Anything unresolved starts to surface. Menstrual cycles become unreliable, irregular, sometimes heavy. We forget things, stop sleeping through the night, our bodies feel different, fuller in the belly and less familiar. We may find ourselves more easily irritated, with those closest to us or even the world at large.
While things can feel out of control, hard to understand, and unpredictable, and as you grieve what you’ve always known, your cycles, your body, the rhythm you once trusted, and the shame or past experiences you thought were resolved begin to resurface, it can feel overwhelming, confusing, and uncomfortable.
Once again, a sacred part of a women’s journey that has gone dishonored, unspoken of and riddled with discomfort and dismissal.
And yet, this is a sacred threshold. Once again, a profound phase in a woman’s life that has been dishonored, left unspoken, and often met with discomfort or dismissal.
Women, I am here for you. I am Your Menopausal Midwife. Just as I have walked alongside and at the womb of hundreds of women at the threshold of birth and navigating the childbearing years, I am here to walk with you through this passage.
We are not meant to do this alone. We are designed to thrive with support, to gather in circles, to move, speak, laugh and cry, to remember ourselves in the presence of one another.
What may feel like an unraveling of who you are, is the beginning of a deeper, truer becoming.
This leads to the blossoming of your Second Spring; living life guided with your wisdom.

Who This Course Is For?
This course is for you if you are:
experiencing cycle changes, hot flashes, brain fog, sleep disturbance, weight gain…
feeling the chaos and confusion about perimenopause changes
sense you are in a transition, but don’t yet have language or support for it
desire greater ease, intimacy, and trust in your body’s signals
are drawn to embodied, holistic approaches to perimenopause/menopause
are ready to slow down, listen inward, and tend your healing with presence
feel disconnected from your pelvis, womb or sensual self
are in any phase of life and want to learn more, be prepared and create optimal health and vitality
This is a space to understand what’s changing, and to meet yourself there with awareness, compassion, and embodied support.
